EyePartner employs a dedicated Support Team that keeps an energized, professional and assertive attitude that takes pride in each and every detail regarding our client’s deliveries. We enjoy knowing our clients and interact with each one on a personal level. Our customers receive a complete development team including a dedicated support representative to listen and offer assistance and services when needed. A day for a Support Member comes always with new requests, questions as well as solutions to perplexing scenarios.

We invest all our experience and knowledge when adding improvements to our corporate procedures and increasing resources available to our customers. In 2009 we have added many new features within the support procedures and our automated customer support system.
